About the University

Neishaboor University of Medical Sciences became independent in 1388 (2009) and has since operated under direct supervision of Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education. It now has 3154 staff and faculty members, 7 Offices of Vice President (including Education, Research and Technology, Cultural and Student Affairs, Health, Treatment,Management and Resources Development, and Food and Drugs), three schools (Para-medicine, Midwifery and Nursing, and Healthcare) and two  educational, research and treatment centers (Hakim and Bahman the 22nd), offers 11 undergraduate programs to 750 students, and serves more than 520,000 people living in the county in accordance with the missions assigned by the Ministry.
